This area to the right of Ironville is the Ironville Locomotive shops. The viaduct in the background poses the biggest challenge since there is only a 1/2" of clearance between the wall and trains. I've been torn between paint or a printed backdrop for this area. Behind the Backshop there will be a hot track, where ready engines will be staged. The area to the right of the Bascule bridge will be something under construction, or maybe being demolished. I haven't decided yet, only that the KLine moving vehicles will be featured here.
A small wharf area with dolphin pilings will be in the area behind the bridge. Maybe a flat barge will be anchored here.
This is a shot of the Sporting Valley yard area, showcasing the Postwar Era's finest accessories. The view looks back to Angel Summit. Track loops under the mountain and joins with the Ironville area to the left off camera.
